Positive Reward Based Dog Training
Training for Life, Love, and Wagging Tails

About Pam
With a lifelong passion for understanding dogs, Pam has dedicated the last 25 years to dog training. Her journey truly took shape 21 years ago when she embraced positive reinforcement, leaving behind outdated, forceful methods that never aligned with her values. Today, she uses humane, science-based techniques that foster clear communication, problem-solving, and a strong bond between dogs and their people.
Pam believes training should be rewarding for both dog and owner — a philosophy summed up by the mantra, “Train with your brain, not pain.” She is also deeply committed to animal rescue having run her own train to adopt prison program, A Dog's Tale at SCI Benner for 5 years and previously training service dogs through Canine Partners for Life. Pam actively competes in dog sports like agility, scent work , barn hunt and rally and shares her life with her pack of littles, Gimli, Carmen and Elsa, after her original rescue crew of working dogs passed on including Jinx, Stella, Toby and Lucy.
